MOK1 AUTOS uses information submitted through our website to answer questions, respond to vehicle enquiries and review sell or trade-in requests.

Information you provide

When you contact us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, vehicle details and questions or comments. We use this information to respond to your request and communicate with you about it.

Please do not submit payment information, government identification or other sensitive information through our general forms or chat.

MOKAI AI chat

MOKAI, also called “Pat,” is our AI website assistant. It answers questions using approved vehicle information and helps prepare enquiries and trade-in requests. AI answers can contain mistakes. Please confirm vehicle details with our team.

When you use AI chat, your messages and recent conversation context are sent to OpenAI for processing. Contact information recognized by the enquiry flow is handled separately where possible, but personal information included in an ordinary chat message may also be sent to OpenAI.

You can review and edit an enquiry before submitting it. When you confirm submission, we privately store the reviewed request, your contact details and your confirmation to be contacted about that request in our WordPress system. Our team may receive an email notification linking to that record.

The MOKAI plugin does not save the complete chat transcript in WordPress or browser storage. OpenAI may process and retain information under its own policies.

Chat cookies and abuse prevention

Our chat uses a functional session cookie that expires after one hour. It helps secure chat requests and enforce usage limits.

We also store protected identifiers derived from connection IP addresses and session identifiers, together with usage counters and expiry times, to limit spam and misuse. These counters do not contain chat messages. Expired counters are cleared during successful protection checks and may remain longer during inactivity or blocked checks.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics through Google Site Kit to understand how visitors find and use our website. Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about page visits, website interactions, browser and device details, and approximate location.

Enhanced Measurement and plugin conversion tracking are enabled to help us understand website activity and enquiries. Logged-in users are excluded from this Analytics configuration.

Instagram content

Our website displays posts from our Instagram account using Smash Balloon Instagram Feed. We have enabled the plugin’s privacy mode to reduce direct connections to Instagram while viewing the feed.

Our hosting, email and AI providers process information as needed to operate these services. Their handling of information is also subject to their respective policies.

Retention and requests

Confirmed MOKAI enquiries remain in our private WordPress records until our administrators remove them.

To ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or request deletion, contact help@mok1autos.com. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
